Whole Norfolk Goose

These free-ranging geese are grown to high-welfare standards by the team at Fosse Meadows Farm. They are grown slowly to allow that incredible flavour to develop and the meat is marbled with fat. The skin is crispy and the meat is rich and dark!
Each goose comes with giblets, goose fat, cooking instructions and a pop-up timer.

Free-range bronze turkey

The Fosse Meadows Farm free-range bronze turkey is allowed to grow slowly and to high-welfare standards. The marbling of fat within the bird ensures that the meat is moist and delicious!
Your turkey will come with giblets, cooking instructions and a pop-up timer.

If you're looking for something a bit smaller to cook this year, the Fosse Meadows Farm turkey crown might just be the thing for you! With only the lighter meat, this more compact option may well just save you oven space and time in cooking!
