Our heritage breeds grow slowly outside in the Cheshire countryside and develop fantastic flavour over time, something that you just can't get from a commercial, fast-growing breed of pig!

Our small flock of sheep are a variety of breeds but all are treated with kindness and respect! Our lambs are allowed to grow at their own paces which means that we can supply lamb, hogget and mutton, all of which have incredible taste and texture.
