These free-ranging geese are grown to high-welfare standards by the team at Fosse Meadows Farm. They are grown slowly to allow that incredible flavour to develop and the meat is marbled with fat. The skin is crispy and the meat is rich and dark!

Each goose comes with giblets, goose fat, cooking instructions and a pop-up timer.
